This database contains the divorce records index from the Texas Department of Health. The database relies on many different counties reporting data to a central state agency. Consequently, the data may not be complete from all counties. Records include ages of divorcees at time of divorce, marriage date and number of children. The database includes divorce records in Texas between 1968-2000 only.
