URaPI's criminal conviction records are obtained directly from the Texas Department of Public Safety and include convictions, deferred adjudications, and sex offenders. In some cases, crimes at the city or county level are not reported to the state and are not included in this database. This database does not include driving records, but does include criminal driving offenses like DWI.
